Interhash is the largest global gathering of the Hash House Harriers (H3),
an international running and social club famously known as “a drinking club with a running problem.
” Founded in Kuala Lumpur in 1938, the Hash House Harriers has grown into a worldwide community with
thousands of chapters in more than 180 countries.
Held every two years in a different host destination,
Interhash brings together thousands of hashers from across the globe for several days of trail running,
social events, and cultural exchange.
The event typically features multiple running trails of varying difficulty, allowing participants to
explore the natural landscapes and unique environments of the host region.
Beyond the runs, Interhash is a celebration of the traditions, humor, and camaraderie that
define the hashing culture.
Participants take part in lively gatherings, themed events,
and evening celebrations that highlight the social spirit of the global hashing community.
More than just a running event, Interhash is an international festival of friendship, adventure,
and cultural connection, where people from different countries and
backgrounds come together to share the unique spirit of hashing. 🏃♂️🍻
